Surfing is more than a sport. Combined with English classes and academic support, it becomes a powerful tool for confidence, discipline, and future educational and employment opportunities.
We promote participatory bioconstruction processes that train young people and adults in sustainable building techniques while creating functional spaces that improve daily life. Each project becomes a practical school.
Over the past few years we've worked directly with children, young people and families on the coast, building relationships of trust that today allow us to transform these initiatives into projects with lasting impact.
Our team combines expertise in tourism, surf instruction, law, project management, and bioconstruction, bringing together practical experience and a shared vision for community development. Working in partnership with local communities, we design programs that promote education, skill development, and opportunities for children and young people, while supporting the sustainable growth of El Salvador's coastline.

Certified tourism guide and surf instructor with over 13 years of experience leading educational and community projects across Latin America. Andrea combines outdoor education, sustainable development, and community engagement to create meaningful opportunities for children and young people.

Lawyer with more than 10 years of experience supporting social and community initiatives. As an active member of the Munay team, Dafne contributes both to daily activities and to the legal and organizational foundations that support the project's future growth.

Industrial Engineering student with 8 years of experience supporting community development projects. Ana helps coordinate logistics, planning, and the day-to-day organization behind Munay's activities.
We are currently establishing a foundation that will ensure the long-term continuity and sustainability of this initiative, supporting children and adolescents in El Sunzal.
